Kyle R. Shea has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and accused of criminal sexual act 1st, a class B violent felony. On or about June or July 2015 at a residence on South Main street in the City of Batavia, Shea did engage in anal sexual conduct with another person by forcible compulsion.
The indictment further accuses Shea of the crime of criminal sexual act 3rd, a class E felony. On or about June or July of 2015, at a residence on South Main street in the City of Batavia, Shea did engage in anal sexual conduct with another person without the person’s consent where such lack of consent was by reason of some factor other than incapacity to consent.
In count three of the indictment, Shea is accused of sexual abuse 1st, a class D felony. On or about June or July of 2015 at a residence on South Main street in the City of Batavia, Shea did subject another person to sexual contact by forcible compulsion.
