A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Amelia R. Witkowski and she is accused of burglary 2nd, a class C violent felony, after she knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling on Main road in the Town of Pembroke on or about January 29, 2016 with intent to commit a crime therein.
In count two of the indictment, Witkowski is accused of making a punishable false written statement, a class A misdemeanor, in that she made a false statement which she did not believe to be true in a written instrument bearing a legally authorized form notice to the effect that false statements made therein are punishable on or about January 30, 2016.
Scott McCoy has been indicted and accused of the crime of criminal possession of marijuana 2nd , a class D felony, in that on or about July 27, 2016 in the Town of Pembroke, McCoy knowingly and unlawfully possessed one or more preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances containing marijuana and they were of an aggregate weight of more than sixteen ounces
