GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Pair charged in shoplifting investigation

Carl A. Goossens, 32, of Coverdale Rd., Leicester, and Chavon M Duryea, 25, of Watercure Rd., Nunda are each charged with petit larceny after a shoplifting investigation at Kohl’s Department Store on Veterans Memorial Drive Friday afternoon.

Goossens allegedly walked out of the store, passing all points of purchase, with $373.97 dollars worth of merchandise he did not pay for.

Duryea was also found to be in possession of a hypodermic instrument and additionally charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Both subjects were released and issued appearance tickets. Goossens and Duryea will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 13, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Daniel L. Pelton, 59, of Fargo Rd., Stafford, and Christine A. Gelardo, 64, of Fargo Rd., Stafford, have each been charged after an investigation into an incident that occurred on September 27, 2016 on Fargo road in Stafford.

Pelton is charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument while on probation and Gelardo was allegedly in possession of a controlled substance and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th. She also allegedly possessed a controlled substance in a non original container.

Both subjects were issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on February 28, 2017 at 9:00a.m.
