Billy Joe Trantham, 78, of Bloomingdale Rd., Alabama, is charged with forcible touching after an investigation into a sex offense that occurred on Bloomingdale road in Alabama on February 16, 2017.
Trantham allegedly touched the intimate parts of another person without their consent.
Trantham was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on March 2, 2017 at 2:00p.m.
Following a harassment investigation at Pembroke High School, a 16 year old male was arrested for aggravated harassment 2nd after a February 7, 2017 incident.
The teen was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and will re-appear on March 2, 2107 at 1:00p.m.
Odanis Betances, 21, of Morris Ave., Bronx, NY, is charged with petit larceny after a shoplifting investigation at Kmart on February 15, 2017.
Betances allegedly stole a variety of merchandise worth $125.99.
Betances was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 2, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
