Marlek E. Holmes, 43, an inmate at the Genesee County Jail, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after allegedly damaging a food tray and tearing a bed sheet belonging to the Genesee County Jail.
Holmes was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 23, 2017 to answer the charge.
Milton Q. Guzman, 38, of Mckenzie St., Bergen, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after a property damage accident in the Village of Bergen at 24 Clinton Street on March 2, 2017.
Guzman allegedly moved from his lane unsafely and struck a tree.
He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on April 5, 2017 at 5:00p.m.
Nicholas G. Schafer, 18, of Broadway Rd., Darien, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, moving from a lane unsafely and illegal parking on the highway after an investigation into a property damage accident at10385 Rt. 98 in Alexander on March 3, 2017.
Schafer will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on March 28, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. to answer the charges.
