GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Niagara Falls man accused of breaking into Yellow Goose in Pavilion

David L. Handley Jr., 54, of Ontario Ave., Niagara Falls, is charged with burglary 3rd, a class D felony, and criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly breaking into the Yellow Goose store in Pavilion at 6316 Telephone road on February 12, 2017.

Handley was arraigned in the Town of Pavilion Court and was jailed without bail on March 9, 2017.

 

Ghislaine Pena, 25, of Highland Park, Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Stafford on March 11, 2017.

Pena failed to to appear in City Court on a prior date.

After the traffic stop, Pena was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and failure to stop at a stop sign.

He was turned over to City of Batavia Police and issued tickets to appear in the Town of Stafford Court.

 

Chad A. Cooper, 21, of Emily Ct., Bergen, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after a check the welfare investigation on March 9, 2017.

Cooper was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Court on April 5, 2017 at 5:00p.m.

 

Rachel A. Doktor, 23, of Boyce Rd., Pembroke, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and passing a red light after failing to stop at a steady red signal at 8484 Alleghany road in Pembroke on March 10, 2017.

Doktor will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on March 28, 2017 at 4:30p.m.
