Benishio C. Coger, 21, of Albion, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he was found at a residence of a female acquaintance who has an order of protection barring him from having contact with her.
Coger was discovered at the residence by Wyoming County Probation who were at the location checking on a probationer.
Coger was jailed in lieu of $2,000 cash bail and will appear in court at a later date.
Debra A. Gross, 52, Gainesville, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed operation and inadequate plate number after a traffic stop on Covington Street on March 9, 2017.
After an investigation and license check, Gross’ driving privilege in NY was suspended.
Gross was issued tickets and she will appear in Perry Village court on March 14, 2017.
