GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Rochester man facing a felony charge after stealing money from a person at Batavia Downs

Kristopher M. Driffill, 37, of Norwich Dr., Rochester, is charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, after an investigation into an incident at Batavia Downs on Park road on March 11, 2017 that occurred at 2:46a.m.

Driffill allegedly stole an amount of money exceeding $1,000 from another person at Batavia Downs.

Driffill was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond.

He will re-appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 11, 2017 at 2:00p.m.

 

 

Zachary J. Walsh, 23, of Rt. 237, Byron, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more(.10%) and failure to keep right following a traffic stop at 64 Walnut street in the City of Batavia on March 18, 2017 at 2:07a.m.

Walsh was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on April 5, 2017

 

 

Richard L. Mosher, 50, of Zingarra Rd., Conyers, GA, is charged with DWAI following a domestic incident at the Fying J on Alleghany road in Pembroke on March 14, 2017 at 9:58p.m.

Mosher was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and released on recognizance.

He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on April 11, 2017 at 4:30p.m.
