Charles S. Ganoung IV, 33, of Transit Rd., Elba, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon 3rd after allegedly being in possession of a an unregistered assault weapon and a high capacity magazine during an unrelated incident on Transit road in Byron on March 25, 2017 at 12:30a.m.
Ganoung was arraigned in the Town of Byron Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He will re-appear in court on April 3, 2017.
Samual G. Coughlin Jr., 21, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a marijuana 4th, speed exceeding 55 mph and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration after a traffic stop on Main road in Pembroke on March 26, 2017.
Coughlin Jr., was allegedly in possession of more than two ounces of suspected marijuana.
He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on April 11, 2017 at 4:30p.m.
