BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/ Holland avenue teen charged with burglary

A 17 year old Holland avenue teen has been charged with petit larceny and burglary 3rd after a complaint at Speedway at 204 West Main street on February 7, 2017.

The teen is accused of entering the store after he was banned from the store previously.

The teen was arrested on March 14, 2017 .

 

Eric J. McGill, 33, of Porter Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after an issue with a neighbor at 22 West Main street on March 23, 2017.

McGill allegedly threatened physical harm against his neighbor.

He was issued an appearance ticket.

 

 

Gregory A. Burgess, 24, of Bowen Rd., Attica, is charged with harassment 2nd after he allegedly grabbed another person during a domestic dispute at 159 Oak street on March 26, 2017.

Burgess was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 4, 2017.

 

Robert E. Merritt, 62, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, possession of a hypodermic instrument, controlled substance not in original container and criminal possession of a controlled substance after an incident on Hutchins Place on March 27, 2017.

Merritt was arraigned in City Court and ordered to be held on $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

Merritt will reappear in City Court today.

 

Kelli E. Wallace, 54, of Swan St., Batavia, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a larceny investigation that occurred at 99 Jackson street, the Kwik Fill, on December 21, 2016.

Wallace was arraigned on March 23, 2017 in City Court and released on her own recognizance and will re-appear on April 6, 2017 at 9:30a.m.

 

Alex Isaac, 27, of E. 83rd St., Brooklyn, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he allegedly made contact via a text message to a person who had an order of protection against him.

The incident occurred on March 20,2017 .

Isaac is due in City Court on April 13, 2017.

 

UPDATE: June 18, 2018

Amar S. M. Zainelabdin, 29, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty to the reduced charge of an unnecessary noise violation on August 29, 2017 after a traffic stop on Ellicott and Liberty street on March 24, 2017.

 

 

Nikayla C. Jackson, 19, homeless, of Batavia, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the Genesee County Courts Facility after failing to appear in court on an August 2016 incident on Washington avenue.

Jackson was arraigned in City Court and held on $5,000 cash and $10,000 bond bail.

Jackson will re-appear today in court.

 

Sean M. Madigan, 31, of Collegeview Dr., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant after an anonymous tip came in stating where Madigan was.

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $500 bail and will re-appear today.
