GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Pavilion man charged after striking school with his vehicle

Stephen E. Pike, 20, of Big Tree Rd., Pavilion, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after he allegedly drove in a reckless manner in the Pavilion High School parking lot which caused him to lose control of his vehicle which then struck the building causing damage.

The incident occurred on March 11, 2017.

Pike was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on May 2, 2017 at 3:00p.m.

 

Tonya M. Ficarella, 30, of Lovers Lane Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Kohl’s Department store on April 4, 2017.

Ficarella was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 24, 2017.

 

John R. Leach, 56, of Lake St., LeRoy, is charged with DWAI/Drugs and no/inadequate plate lamp after a traffic stop in the Town of Stafford on Main road on April 1, 2017.

Leach was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on May 22, 2017.
