The Holley Police Department has made arrests resulting from an investigation involving endangering the welfare of several children.
It was determined that several 13 and 14 year old children were involved in a fight and that the fight was supervised and allowed to take place by parents of the children involved and an additional adult.
The fight was also captured on video by other bystanders.
The video clearly shows the adults watching and encouraging the conduct.
The Holley Police Department was assisted in the investigation by the Holley Central School District.
Arrested are as follows:
Tina M. Krueger (age 36) of Holley
David E. Brege (age 30) of Holley
Launey M. Dambra (age 35) of Holley
