GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/State street man charged in Drug Task Force surveillance detail

Thomas A. Gilliatt, 51, of State St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, after an investigation into the illegal possession of prescription medication during a surveillance detail on School street May 10, 2017.

While the Genesee County Drug Task Force members were conducting surveillance at the School street municipal parking lot in the City of Batavia, they witnessed what appeared to be a drug transaction occur.

Task Force members conducted an investigation and found that  Gilliatt allegedly illegally possessed a quantity of hydrocodone pills.

He was arrested and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 16, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Mathew J. Heimbrecht, 28, of Delaware Ave., Buffalo, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Darien Town Court on May 9, 2017.

Heimbrecht was charged with resisting arrest, trespass and unlawful possession of marijuana during an incident on April 6, 2016.

He was arraigned in the Darien Town Court and jailed on $750 cash bail and $1,500 bond.

Heimbrecht will re-appear in court on May 23, 2017 at 4:00p.m.
