A Perry man was arrested by Officer Greg Smith and Officer Tim Bryant on 2 counts of Criminal Contempt 1st for violating a protection order on May 10, 2017 and again on May 11, 2017.William Stelmack, 38, of Perry, is alleged to have gone to the residence of a protected person two days in a row to retrieve personal property.Stelmack has a complete stay away order barring him from any contact with the victim and her residence.He was arraigned in Perry Court and ordered to appear at a later date.
