GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Oakfield woman charged after traffic stop

Deborah S. Rodriguez, 49, of Farnsworth Ave., Oakfield, is charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd after members of the Genesee County Drug Task Force pulled her over for a traffic stop on Holland avenue Thursday afternoon.

Rodriguez was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while her license was suspended.

Rodriguez was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 23, 2017.

 

 

Matthew R. Reiner, 29, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, unreasonable speed through a yield sign, failure to yield right of way at a yield sign and moving from a lane unsafely, after a one car motor vehicle accident in the Town of Elba at 6767 Rt. 98 on May 12, 2017.

Reiner’s vehicle traveled off the west shoulder of the roadway. He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Elba Court on June 14, 2017. He was released following processing.

 

 

James R. Smahol, 31, of Coronado Dr., Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and possession of a hypodermic instrument following a traffic complaint on Genesee street in Pembroke on May 11, 2017.

Smahol was found to be in possession of 3 packages of suboxin without a prescription, several glycene baggies of suspected heroin and 3 hypodermic instruments.

Smahol was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on June 20, 2017 at 4:30p.m.

 

 

Tony G. Marsh, 47, of E. Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck, NY, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after an investigation into a suspicious vehicle in a farm field lane way on Lewiston road in Alabama on May 12, 2017.

Marsh was allegedly in possession of a quantity of marijuana and smoking paraphernalia.  He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on June 6, 2017.
