GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Two teens charged after causing damage in park

Two 16 year old males, one from Bergen the other from Batavia, have each been charged with criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly using a sledgehammer to damage a concrete picnic table and bench seats at Hickory Park in Bergen on April 26, 2017.

The damage caused was in excess of $250.

Both teens were issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on May 17, 2017.

 

Ronald J. Barber, 46, of Brown Sq., Ontario, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly intentionally damaging several tail lamps to vehicles in the parking lot at 7160 West Main street road in LeRoy on May 7, 2017.

Barber will appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 5, 2017.

 

Stephanie A. Bonin, 22, of Denio St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Batavia City Court for a violation of probation on May 4, 2017.

Bonin is facing a petit larceny charge.

She was arraigned in the Town of Batavia court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.

 

Nathan P. Reger, 18, of Jane Dr., Alden, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and inadequate exhaust after a traffic stop on Sumner road in the Town of Darien on May 12, 2017.

Also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana was Joshua E. Dudley, no age or other information provided.

Both were released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on June 13, 2017.

 

 

Ahmed D. Alshami, 37, of Ludington St., Buffalo, was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Town of Pembroke court after allegedly missing a court date stemming from a aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd charge from December of 2016.

Alshami was allegedly operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license.

He was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and jailed in lieu of $3,000 cash or $5,000 bond. Alshami will re-appear in court on June 1, 2017.

 

Brian W. Giambrone, 27, of Byron Holley Rd., Byron, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in Stafford on Rt. 237 on May 12, 2017.

Giambrone was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana and a glass smoking pipe with burnt marijuana residue.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on June 16, 2017.
