Jolene M. Lawson, 35, of West Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th for allegedly stealing a purse from Delres Green House on May 19, 2017.
The purse contained a debit card. money and personal papers.
Lawson was located down the street and taken into custody.
Property located in a wooded area that belonged to the victim was returned.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 5, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
James K. Clarke, 26, of 4th Section Rd., Brockport, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operation of a vehicle without an interlock device and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd after a traffic stop for several NYS vehicle and traffic citations on North Bergen road in Bergen on May 20, 2017.
Clarke was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on June 7, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
John P. Daley, 36, of Alleghany Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI, a muffler violation, refusal to submit to a breath test and felony DWI/ with a previous conviction within 10 years, after a traffic stop on Rt. 77 in the Town of Alabama on May 21, 2017 for a muffler violation.
Daley was jailed on no bail.
Michale P. Bartovich, 34, of Burncoat Way, Pittsford, NY, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after being stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation in the Town of Oakfield on Rt. 63 on May 20, 2017.
After an investigation, a quantity of marijuana was located in the vehicle.
Bartovich was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on June 12, 2017 at 6:00p.m.
