While on patrol on Route 77 in the Town of Bennington on May 24, 2017, Deputy A. J. Previty stopped Jenna R. Holly, 32, of Angelica, NY for speeding in a zone.
Further investigation revealed that Holly had been allegedly consuming an alcoholic beverage within the vehicle. She was put through field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI.
Holly was transported to the Warsaw Police Department for a breath test.
Deputy Previty issued the following uniform traffic tickets for speeding in a zone, consumption of an alcoholic beverage/possession of an open container, DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more
Holly was released to a sober third party and is to appear in the Town of Bennington Court at a later date.
