GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Tonawanda woman charged in larcenies from vehicles in Pembroke

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Nicole C. Prims, 28, of Tonawanda, NY, for her involvement in the larceny of several items from vehicles on Rt. 77 in Pembroke on May 22, 2017.

Prims is charged with grand larceny 4th, criminal possession of stolen property 4th, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property 5th.

Prims was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court on May 26, 2017 and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and $20,000 bond bail.

The investigation is being handled by Inv. Chad Minuto with assistance from Inv. Joseph Graff, Inv. James Diehl, Dep. Eric Meyer and Dep. Travis Demuth.

 

 

James L. Emery, 43, of N. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with harassment 1st after a complaint of harassment with a vehicle that continued over a period of time on several dates and locations.

Emery was arrested on May 26, 2017.

Emery was arraigned in the Town of Oakfield Court and released on his own recognizance and an order of protection was issued. He will return to court on June 12, 2107 at 6:00p.m.

 

 

Bryan M. German, 34, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic stop on Rt. 5 on May 27, 2017.

At about 1:00a.m., Deputy Ryan Young was traveling east on Rt. 5 in the City of Batavia when a Ford pick up truck allegedly moved from it’s lane unsafely, almost striking Deputy Young’s vehicle.

German was issued appearance tickets and released.

He is due to appear in City Court on June 21, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.

 

 

Darazian W.P. Williams, 23, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and failure to keep right following a property damage motor vehicle accident at 9822 Rt. 98 on May 25, 2017.

Williams was allegedly in possession of an amount of amphetamine pills and allegedly failed to keep right while operating his vehicle.

Also charged is a passenger, Chris K. Mukendi, 28, of Mill St., LeRoy.

Mukendi is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after allegedly being found with an amount of amphetamine pills.

Both were issued appearance tickets and will will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on June 27, 2017 at 5:00p.m.
