GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man picked up on bench warrant during traffic stop

Ian J. Blake, 30, of Liberty St., Batavia, was picked up on an active bench warrant out of Family Court during a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Corfu on June 1, 2017.

During the stop he was also found to possess a quantity of marijuana exceeding 25 grams and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana 5th.

Blake was released on an appearance ticket for the marijuana charge and then taken into custody by the Sheriff’s Office on the Family Court warrant.

Blake will appear in Corfu Village Court on the marijuana charge on July 10, 2017.

 

A 17 year old female, of Perry, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a complaint at Wal-mart on May 28, 2017.

The teen was allegedly found to possess a small quantity of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket.

She will appear in Batavia Town Court on June 26, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

Andrew S. Bradstreet, 26, of Telegraph Rd., Holley, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and registration plate violation following a traffic stop on Searls road in Byron on May 31, 2017.

Bradstreet allegedly possessed a small quantity of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket. He will appear in Byron Town Court June 7, 2017 at 5:00p.m.
