Frederick B. Ellis, 50, of W. Main St., Corfu, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speeding in a zone, failure to dim headlights and driver’s view obstructed after a traffic stop at 8966 Alleghany road in Pembroke on June 6, 2017.
Ellis was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on June 27, 2017 at 4:30p.m.
Jeremy C. J. Newton, 28, of Greenfield Rd., Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana/weight more than 25 grams and failure to stop at a stop sign after a traffic stop at 39 S. Lake street in Bergen on June 4, 2017.
Newton allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and was allegedly in possession of an amount of marijuana exceeding 25 grams.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on July 5, 2017 at 5:00p.m.
Christine J. Morabito, 35, of Chili Center Rd., Rochester, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to dim headlights after a traffic stop at 8073 Clinton Street Road in Bergen on June 4, 2017.
Morabito was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on August 2, 2017.
Andrew C. Maier, 30, of Main Rd., Corfu, is charged with DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and speed over 55mph following a traffic stop on Colby road in Pembroke on June 3, 2017.
Maier was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on July 18, 2017 at 4:30p.m.
