Marissa M. Yott, 21, of Livingston St., Warsaw, is charged with assault 2nd, a class D felony, after allegedly striking another person in the head with a glass bottle which caused an injury to the other person on June 3, 2017 at Darien Lake.
Yott was arraigned in Pembroke Town court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice pending further court appearances in Darien Town Court.
Yott was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court on June 7, 2017.
Tyler L. Walls, 20, of Viking Way, Brockport, NY, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd after a complaint on Canterbury Court in the the Town of Bergen on June 7, 2017.
Walls allegedly sent a message via Facebook to a 15 year old male that was threatening in nature.
Walls was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on June 21, 2017 at 3:00p.m.
Jordan D. Edenholm, 28, of Gabbey Rd., Corfu, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, DWAI/combined influence of drugs or alcohol, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of a marijuana after a traffic stop on Griswold road in Stafford on June 8, 2017.
After deputies conducted an inventory search of the vehicle, Edenholm was found to allegedly possess a controlled substance and marijuana.
Edenholm was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Court at a later date.
