GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Penn Yan man charged after providing minor with marijuana

Jason W. Whitehead Jr., 19, of Skyline Dr., Penn Yan, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana after he was arrested by members of the Genesee County Drug Task Force following an investigation in the area of 4 MacArthur Drive in the City of Batavia on Thursday afternoon.

Whitehead Jr., was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and further investigation revealed that Whitehead provided marijuana to a person less than 17 years old.

Whitehead Jr. was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

A 17 year old male, of Maple Rd., Basom, is charged with unlawful surveilliance 2nd, a class E felony, after allegedly placing a cell phone in the ceiling of a locker room at Oakfield High School on June 7, 2017.

The cell phone was recording when it was located.

The teen was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and released under supervision of Genesee Justice.

The teen is a possible youthful offender.

 

Angela M. Bodekor, 30, of S. Lake Rd., Corfu, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, refusal to take a pre-screen breath test, roadside, open container of alcohol in the vehicle, unreasonable speed and leaving the scene of a property damage accident after an investigation into a motor vehicle crash on Sliker road in the Town of Pembroke on June 15, 2017.

Bodekor was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on August 1, 2017 at 4:30 p.m.

 

Amy L. Wolfe, 42, of Auburn Ave., Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument after a complaint at the Comfort Inn at 4371 Federal Dr., in Batavia on June 16, 2017.

Wolf was allegedly found to be in possession of several hypodermic instruments and what appeared to be heroin.

Wolf was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 27, 2017
