Five fire companies responded to 68 Genesee Street in the Village of Warsaw early this morning for a structure fire.
Warsaw, Silver Springs, Wyoming, Perry and Perry Center all responded to a residence owned by Randy and Colleen Clark about 1:34 a.m.
The cause of the fire was an overheated electrical circuit. The fire caused $20,000 in damages. Fire crews were on scene for about 3.5 hours.
Also assisting on scene were Wyoming County Emergency Services, Warsaw Police and NYSEG.
