BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Oak street man facing drug charges, having stolen credit card after traffic stop

Jason M. Giulliani, 38, of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd after a traffic stop at 244 West Main street on July 1, 2017.

Giulliani was found with a quantity of heroin, cocaine and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.

After an investigation, Giulliani was allegedly found to be in possession of and allegedly did use a stolen credit card on December 24, 2016.

He was additionally charged with unlawful possession of personal ID, identity theft 2nd and criminal possession of stolen property 4th.

Giulliani was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash or bond bail and will appear in court at a later date.

He was issued an appearance ticket on the drug charges and appeared in City Court on July 3, 2017.

 

 

Michael L. Williams, 37, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with aggravated criminal contempt 1st after violating the terms of an order of protection by having contact with the protected party on Highland Park on June 27, 2017.

Since Williams had a prior conviction within the last five years for criminal contempt 1st, he was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal contempt 1st.

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.

 

A 17 year old is charged with criminal mischief/intent to damage property, after police were called to 161 Jackson street for a disturbance.

After an investigation, the teen was located in the area of Garfield avenue and arrested.

The teen was release on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

Christopher J. Draper, 46, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with trespassing after Draper entered Tops Supermarket at 390 West Main street after previously being banned from the store.

The trespass occurred on July 1, 2017.

Draper was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

 

Kim L. Minuto, 56, of Clinton St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after an incident July 5, 2017 at Tops Supermarket at 390 West Main street.

Minuto was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

 

Eddie L. Miles, 45, of Washington Ave., Batavia, was arrested on a a warrant issued out of City Court on July 5, 2017.

Miles is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, grand larceny 4th and unauthorized use of a vehicle after he allegedly took a car belonging to another person without that person’s permission.

The incident occurred on May 18, 2017 on Washington avenue.

Miles was jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail.

He will appear in City Court today.

 

Christopher Scott E. Knox, 23, of Old Pike Rd., Fitzpatrick, AL, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speeding in a zone and refusal to take a breath pre-screen test after a traffic stop for speeding at 180 Oak street on June 29, 2017.

Knox was issued traffic tickets and released.

He appeared in City Court on July 5, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.
