GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man charged with burglary after trespassing twice at Rite Aid in a 24 hour period

Christopher J. Draper, 46, of Main St., Batavia, is charged with trespass following an investigation into a disorderly conduct complaint at 4155 West Main street, Rite Aid on July 4, 2017.

Draper allegedly entered the store after being advised he was not allowed on the property on a previous date. He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court at 3:30p.m.

Less than 24 hours later, July 5, 2017 at 11:11a.m., he was arrested again and charged with burglary 3rd and criminal contempt 2nd following another trespass complaint at Rite Aid.

Draper was allegedly in violation of a court order after being told to stay away from the store on West Main street on several different occasions.

He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed on $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond bail.

He will re-appear in the Town of Batavia Court at a later date and time.

 

Two West Seneca teens have been charged after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Batavia on July 3, 2017.

Brooks A. Dipietro , 19, was stopped by deputies following the observation of a vehicle and traffic violation.

She allegedly possessed a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Dipietro’s passenger, Emily K. McCarthy, 18, was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Both were issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 31, 2017.
