WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Perry man stopped for speeding had license suspended 6 times

Bryan Beach, 33, of Perry was arrested following a traffic stop on Simmons Road in the Town of Perry on July 6, 2017.

Beach was stopped for speeding, 83 MPH in a 55 MPH speed zone. Beach’s driver’s license was found to be suspended 6 times.

A search of his vehicle was conducted and drugs and paraphernalia were found.

Beach is charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and speed above 55 MPH.

He was arraigned in the Town of Perry Court and jailed on $2,500 bail. Beach is due back in court on July 13, 2017.

 

 

Dayton Ewell, 22, of Bliss, was arrested following a traffic stop on State Route 362 in the Town of Eagle on July 5, 2017.

Ewell was stopped for speeding, 76 MPH in a 55 MPH speed zone. Ewell’s driver’s license was found to be suspended 2 times. Ewell failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for driving while impaired by drugs.

Deputy Aaron Chase, a Drug Recognition Expert, determined Ewell was impaired by two types of drugs. Ewell is charged with driving while impaired by drugs, driving while impaired by combination of drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, uninspected motor vehicle, speed above 55 MPH and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Ewell was arraigned in the Town of Eagle Court and jailed on $1,000 bail. He is due back in court on July 17, 2017.
