Members of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force announce the arrests of three individuals for alleged drug sales across Wyoming County.
On June 29, 2017, Cory Dahl, age 24, of Oak Orchard Street, Medina, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 4th degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree. Dahl is accused of selling a quantity of hydrocodone to an agent of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force while in the Village of Castile in 2016. Dahl was arraigned in County Court and was released. The Medina Police Department assisted with his arrest.
On July 3, 2017, Melissa Baker, age 33, of Route 19, Warsaw, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 4th degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree. Baker is accused of selling dihydrocodeinone and others pills in the Town of Warsaw in March of 2017. Baker was arrested when she was observed visiting an inmate at the county jail. She was arraigned in Warsaw Town Court and she is currently being held in the Wyoming County jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail. Additional charges are pending.
On July 6, 2017, Jose Serrano, age 41, of Main Street, Delevan, NY, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree. Serrano is accused of selling cocaine in the Towns of Arcade and Yorkshire. He was arraigned in County Court and was released after posting $2,500 cash bail.
The Wyoming County Drug Task Force includes members from the Sheriff’s Office as well as the Arcade, Attica, Perry, and Warsaw Police Departments.
