WYOMING COUNTY/Jam in the Valley arrests for weekend events

Jam in the Valley event at Buffalo Hill in Varysburg, NY resulted in 6 arrests on Friday and Saturday night.

FRIDAY, July 7, 2017

  1. Alexandra Moritz- age 20, of North Collins, NY, is charged with unlawful of possession of alcohol. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
  2. The same 17 year old female from Angola, NY from Thursday night was ironically again arrested on Friday night and charged with identity theft in the third degree for attempting to identify herself as another person. She was again arraigned in the Town of Sheldon Court and again committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $750.00 bail this time.
  3. Travis Snyder- age 34, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested for unlawful dealing with a child in the first degree for providing alcohol to a minor. He was arraigned in the Town of Sheldon Court and committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $750.00 bail.

SATURDAY, July 8, 2017

  1. Amanda Nolan- age 34, of Elma, NY, was arrested for assault in the third degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree following a domestic incident investigation in the campground area. She was arraigned in the Town of Sheldon Court and released on her own recognizance.
  2. Charles Loster- age 35, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested for assault in the second degree, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Loster was approached by Deputies and a Trooper for his disorderly behavior in the concert venue and then resisted arrest and upon doing so a Deputy suffered a minor injury to the orbital area in the scuffle that ensued.  Loster was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and held without bail.  The Deputy was able to resume his duties at his post at the event.
  3. Rachelle Reuillard- age 45, of Lockport, NY, was arrested for disorderly conduct for causing a disturbance in the concert venue. She was issued an appearance ticket and removed from the event.
