PRESS RELEASE
Joshua Huntress, of Mayville, NY has been charged pursuant to the fatal motor accident which occurred on Route 20A in the Town of Orangeville on Sunday, July 9th.
Huntress was arrested for manslaughter 2nd, driving while ability impaired by drugs and several other vehicle and traffic law violations.
Huntress was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and remanded to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $250,000 cash bail. Huntress will be returned to Warsaw Town Court on a future date for further proceedings.
