Jason M. Giuliani, 38, Of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after an investigation into the sale, transportation and possession of crack cocaine in an around the Batavia area.
Giuliani was arrested July 14, 2017 by uniformed deputies at the Genesee County Jail where he was already incarcerated on unrelated charges. It is alleged that Giuliani, on three different occasions, sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force.
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $15,000 cash and $30,000 bond bail.
Chris K. Mukendi, 28, of Mill St., LeRoy, is charged with criminal possession of a a controlled substance 4th after a property damage accident on Alexander road on May 25, 2017.
Mukendi was allegedly in possession of an amount of amphetamine pills.
Mukendi was arraigned in the Town of Alexander Court on July 11, 2017 and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Jessica A. Shiltz, 33, of Claybed Rd., Fillmore, NY, is charged with DWI and refusal the take a breath test after her vehicle was observed parked on the west shoulder of of Colby road in the Town of Darien on July 13, 2017.
After an investigation, Shiltz was found to allegedly have been operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
She was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $250.00 cash bail.
Alexander A. Chandler, 26, of Lake St., LeRoy, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and inadequate plate lamp following a traffic stop on Main road in Stafford on July 14, 2017.
Chandler was allegedly operating the vehicle with no plate lamps and allegedly possessed an amount of marijuana.
He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on August 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
Darazian W.P. Williams, 24, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th and failure to keep right after a property damage accident on Alexander road on May 25, 2017.
Williams was allegedly in possession of an amount of amphetamine pills and failed to keep right while operating his motor vehicle.
He was arraigned in the Town of Alexander Court on July 11, 2017 at 5:00 p.m and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Riley K. Davis, 20, of Gilbert Rd., Bergen, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint at a department store at 4170 Veterans Memorial Drive on July 10, 2017
Davis allegedly stole jewelry and passed all points of purchase without paying.
Davis was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
Nasir C. Nathan, 21, of Goade Park, Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after being found to allegedly possess a quantity of marijuana in the parking lot of a department store at 4170 Veterans Memorial Drive on July 10, 2017.
Nathan was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 27, 2017.
