GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Tonawanda man charged after incident at Darien Lake campground

Nickolas L. Ives, 31, of Wendel Ave., Tonawanda, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, two counts of criminal mischief 4th, disorderly conduct and harassment 2nd after allegedly breaking a window of a camper owned by Darien Lake Theme Park and damaging the property of another person on July 22, 2017 at 1:15 a.m.

Ives also allegedly violated an order of protection by threatening, swearing at and damaging the property of the protected party.

He was arraigned in the Town of Darein Court and jailed on $7,500 cash bail and $15,000 bond bail.

On the second count of criminal mischief 4th, for allegedly breaking the camper window, he was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in August 1, 2017 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

Mark D. Humel, 25, of Main Rd., Pembroke, is charged with assault 3rd following an investigation into an incident that occurred on Gilmore road in the Town of Pembroke on July 14, 2017.

Humel was arraigned in the Pembroke Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

He is scheduled to appear in Pembroke Town Court on August 3, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Juan A. Roman, 39, of Bergen Rd., Bergen, is charged with promoting prison contraband after entering the Genesee County Jail in possession of contraband/drugs on July 12, 2017.

Roman was held and taken to City Court for arraignment on unrelated charges.
