Creagan T. Maclaren, 18, of W. Kendall Rd., Holley, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and unsafe start after motor vehicle traffic offense at 9993 Rt. 77 in the Town of Darien on July 30, 2017.
Maclaren was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Darien on September 5, 2017.
Ahmed A. Dockstader, 21, of Bloomingdale Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with criminal mischief 4th following an investigation into a disturbance in the Town of Alabama on Bloomingdale road on July 29, 2017.
Dockstrader allegedly intentionally damaged the property of another person by punching the hood of their car.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on August 29, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
Michael E. Weichman, 22, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating an order of protection issued out of the Town of Batavia Court by having a letter delivered to a subject he was to have no contact with.
Weichman is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail in separate charges and appeared in the Town of Batavia Court today.
