The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Brantley Gilbert Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on July 30, 2017:
Scott M. Davis, age 25, of Main St., Perry, NY,was arrested for trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Scott was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $500.00 bail.
Matthew A, Martina, age 35, of 15th St., Buffalo, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly refusing to leave the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Matthew was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $300.00 bail.
Angela R. Richman, age 36, of 15th St., Buffalo, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly refusing to leave the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Angela was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $100.00 bail.
The following were issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Court on 8/17/17 at 12 PM:
Christopher J. Colin, age 23, of Willow Dr. Hamburg, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Theodoret Adriaansen, age 2,5 of Buffalo St., Marion, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Kyle A. Grzywna, age 25, of Kellogg St., Alden, NY, was arrested for Harassment 2nd after tackling another patron and causing minor injuries.
