GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Man shows up to pick up drunk friend at jail, gets charged with DWI

Nicholas E. Kaiser, 26, of Westbourne Dr., Tonawanda, NY, is charged with felony DWI, prior DWI conviction within 10 years, and felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more, prior conviction within 10 years, at the Genesee County Jail on August 13, 2017 at 1:35a.m.

Kaiser was requested to to the Genesee County Jail by a friend who had been arrested for DWI earlier in the night.

Upon Kaiser’s arrival, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol and submitted to field sobriety tests.

Kaiser was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on September 6, 2017.

 

 

Jamie A. Dorazio, 24, of Broad St., Tonawanda, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to obey a police officer after a traffic stop at 1598 Sumner road in Darien on August 12, 2017.

Dorazio was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court of September 5, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.

 

Teshawn A. Lang-Smith, 21, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly damaging a vehicle at a party on Griswold road in LeRoy on August 30, 2014 at 3:15a.m.

Lang-Smith was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court on August 8, 2017.

 

Jeffrey A. Cardenas II, 26, of Lake St., LeRoy, is charged with DWAI/drugs and failure to keep right after a complaint of a vehicle off the road on Lake street road in the Town of LeRoy on August 12, 2017 at a little before 12:20 a.m.

Cardenas was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on October 23, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
