BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Mother charged with curfew violation

Passiona C. McConnell, 39, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with a curfew violation(obligation of parent or guardian) after she allegedly allowed her two juvenile children to violate the Batavia Municiple Code’s curfew.

McConnell was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 29, 2017.

 

Rae C. Cook, 28, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following a physical altercation with a roommate on Ellicott street on August 21, 2017 at midnight.

Cook is accused of punching and kicking her roommate in the face.

Cook was released on an appearance ticket ordering her to appear in City Court on August 29, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

 

Minnie M. Henry, 29, homeless, of Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of City Court following a domestic incident that occurred in July of 2017 on Hutchins street.

She is charged with criminal mischief and harassment 2nd in the incident.

Henry was arraigned in City Court and held at the Genesee County Jail until her appearance in City Court on August 24, 2017 at 11:00a.m.
