GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Vine street man indicted for drug sales in Genesee County

Quinton L. Spinks, 33, of Vine St., Batavia, has been indicted on a Genesee County Grand Jury Indictment Warrant for allegedly selling a quantity of crack cocaine on two occasions to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force in Geneseee County after being arrested on August 29, 2017.

Spinks was arraigned in Genesee County Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.

Task Force Members were also assisted in the investigation by uniformed members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.

 

Amanda L. Abrams, 29, of Council House Rd., Tonawanada Indian Reservation, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after a complaint of several windows, including the windshield of a vehicle, that were damaged on Sand Hill road on the Tonawanada Indian Reservation on September 3, 2017.

Following the investigation into the complaint, it is alleged that Abrams, with no reasonable grounds to believe she had such a right, damaged the windows on a vehicle owned by another person.

Abrams was issued an appearance ticket

Abrams was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on October 5, 2017.
