GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Two women charged in larceny from Wal-mart

Crystal M. Bouter, 28, of Porter Ave., Batavia, and Nicole K. Sullivan, 31, of Covington St., Perry, are each charged with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th after allegedly stealing several cell phone cases form Wal-mart on September 12, 2017.

The cases are valued at $785.77. Bouter and Sullivan allegedly agreed to work in concert to engage in the theft deputies say.

Both women were arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and each jailed on $1,000 bail.

Bouter and Sullivan are scheduled to return to court on September 22, 2017.

 

 

Marquis R. Brown, 20, of  Victor Lane, Hamlin, is charged with burglary 3rd, felony criminal mischief 2nd, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and petit larceny after a criminal mischief complaint on S. Lake road in Bergen on August 3, 2017.

Brown allegedly entered a building without the owner’s consent, stole property from the owner while inside the building and then left, driving the owner’s vehicle without permission. Brown then caused $1500 in damage to the vehicle by overheating it and ruining the engine.

Brown was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and released on recognizance.

Brown is due back in Bergen Town Court on October 11, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.

 

 

Kristi M. Stoughton, 41, of Woodhill, Newark, NY, is charged with with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and driving to the left of pavement markings after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the the Town of Pembroke on September 11, 2017.

Stoughton was processed at the jail and released on appearance tickets and will appear in Town of Pembroke Court on October 10, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.

 

 

Gari L. Fields, 33, of LaGrange Ave., Rochester, was arrested on a warrant out of the Town of Stafford Court for aggravated unlicensed operation from July of 2017.

Fields was stopped by Irondequoit Police, posted bail, and was released to Gates Police on a warrant. He was issued an appearance ticket there and then turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office on the Town of Stafford Court warrant.

Fields was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released.

Fields will appear in Stafford Court on October 3, 2017.
