Stephanie M. Miller, 27, of Union St., Holley, is charged with DWI, passing a red light and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on State street in the Village of Holley on September 11, 2017 at 11:35p.m.
Miller allegedly failed to stop at a traffic light.
Miller was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and released on her own recognizance. Miller is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court on September 20, 2017 at 5:15 p.m. and a breath test refusal hearing is scheduled for September 15, 2017.
