GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man facing a list of charges after accident in Stafford

Deputies responded to a single vehicle motor vehicle accident at 7789 Fotch Road in the Town of Stafford on September 17, 2017.

After an investigation, Deputies arrested Christopher P. Parker, 28, of Batavia.

Parker was allegedly traveling at an unsafe speed around a curve, using an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely, and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

Parker also allegedly was operating the vehicle on a suspended conditional license and was allegedly driving while intoxicated.

He is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device.

Parker was not injured in the crash.

He was issued appearance tickets and released. Parker will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on October 10, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.

 

Nicholas C. Doell, 26, of Lippold Rd., Darien, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after an investigation into a domestic family offense in Darien on September 15, 2017.

Doell was allegedly in the face of another person, aggressively yelling at them, making them feel intimidated in violation of a refrain from offensive conduct order of protection.

Doell was arraigned in Darien Town Court and jailed in lieu of $250 cash and $1,000 bond.

He will re-appear in court on October 24, 2017.

 

Carlton L. Beardsley, 22, of Walnut St., Batavia, and Bradley R. Jordan, 24, of Silver Rd., Bethany, are each charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing $43.94 worth of merchandise by passing all points of purchase without paying at Wal-mart on September 16, 2017.

Beardsley also allegedly unlawfully possessed marijuana, Beardsley is due back in the Town of Batavia Court on October 19, 2017.

Jordan is also charged with trespass and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 19, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

Madison A. Scheurlein, 19, of Overlook Dr., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting at Kohls on September 13, 2017.

Scheurlein allegedly took two items from Kohls valued at  $72.00.

The items were recovered and returned to Kohl’s Loss Prevention.

Scheurlein was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 5, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

Patricia M. Anderson, 32, of N. Lyon St., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for violating probation at the Genesee County Jail.

Anderson was arraigned by Judge Zambito in County Court and held without bail.
