GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Ohio man charged after being under the influence of a narcotic in a public place

On September 22, 2017, Adam R. Atkinson, 29, of Kent Rd., Stow, Ohio, was located at a convenience store on Byron Holley road at 6:35p.m. after multiple calls to the Sheriff’s Office for a disruptive male at that location in the Town of Byron.

An investigation into the complaint found that Atkinson was allegedly under the influence of a drug in a public place.

Atkinson was arrested and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Byron Court on October 9, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.

 

Brian T. Resch, 29, of Buffalo Rd., Bergen, is charged with criminal mischief 4th, criminal possession of marijuana 5th and unlawful possession of marijuana after a domestic incident on Buffalo road in Bergen on September 23, 2017.

Resch allegedly disabled a cell phone while the victim in the domestic incident was seeking emergency assistance.

Resch allegedly possessed a quantity of marijuana on his person and was smoking marijuana in a public place.

He was arraigned in the Town of Bergen Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
