Eric R. Entenberg, 26, of Rochester, was arrested following the investigation into an August 25, 2017 property damage accident on Myers Road in the Town of Perry.
Entenberg had driven his vehicle into a ditch on Myers Road at the intersection with Simmons Road. He was determined to have been intoxicated, and he had a revoked NYS identification card from multiple prior DWI convictions.
Following the investigation, an arrest warrant was signed by the Town of Perry Court for Entenberg’s arrest.
On September 22, 2017, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Entenberg in the City of Rochester. Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies took custody of Entenberg and charged him with the following:
Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated BAC .18% or Higher – Class D Felony
Driving While Intoxicated – Class D Felony
Driving With BAC .08% or Higher – Class D Felony
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree – Class E Felony
Violate Ignition Interlock Device Restriction – Class A Misdemeanor
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree – Unclassified Misdemeanor
Other traffic infractions: Unlicensed Operator, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Failed to Keep Right, Moved from Lane Unsafely, and Failed to Notify DMV of Change of Address.
Entenberg was arraigned in the Town of Perry Court where he was committed to the Wyoming County Jail without bail. Entenberg is scheduled to return to the Wyoming County Court at a later date for further proceedings.
Anthony D. Osbourn, 24, of Buffalo was arrested after being found roadside in a vehicle on Route 20A in the Town of Perry on September 24, 2017. Osbourn was found to have been driving from Dansville, NY to Buffalo, NY when he had pulled over near the intersection with Beardsley Road. Osbourn was found to have a revoked NYS driver’s license from a previous driving while ability impaired by alcohol conviction.
Osbourn is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court. Osbourn was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $500.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 bond, and is scheduled to return to the Town of Perry Court on October 4, 2017 for further proceedings.
Jeannine R. Reese, 45, of Lawrenceville. PA, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Perry on September 23, 2017. Reese was stopped for speeding at a rate of 73mph in a 55mph speed zone.
During the traffic stop, Reese was found to have a suspended NYS driving privilege after failing to pay NYS DMV a driver responsibility assessment for previous traffic infraction convictions in NYS.
Reese was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, failed to notify DMV of change of address and speed over 55mph.
Reese’s vehicle was towed from the scene, and Reese was released with a return date of October 18, 2017 in the Town of Perry Court.
