BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Three flee restaurant without paying

Three people are being charged with theft of services and conspiracy 6th after allegedly having a meal at Bourbon and Burger at 9 Jackson street and then fleeing the scene to avoid paying the bill.

The incident occurred on September 27, 2017 at about 2:15p.m.

The names of those arrested are, Sabrina M. Higgins, 22, of Church St., Basom, NY,  Rae C. Cook, 28, and Latiqua S. Jackson, 24.

All three were processed and released on appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on October 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m

 

Bobby L. Mobley, 32, of Swan St., Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of City Court on September 25, 2017.

Mobley was located hiding in a basement by police.

The arrest stems from an investigation on August 28, 2017 where Mobley allegedly punched a person numerous times and damaged property.

 

Tracy D. Pike, 58, of Godfrey’s Pond Rd., Bergen, is charged with harassment 2nd following an incident on East Main street where Pike allegedly threatened another motorist on September 13, 2017.

Pike was processed and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

David L. Hausler, 29, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly throwing objects at a vehicle that was driving by him at 40 S. Main street on October 1, 2017 at 1:29a.m.

Hausler was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

Ricky A. Marsceill, 53, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd and bicycle on the sidewalk after allegedly being found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia after a bicycle stop at 100 Main street on September 25, 2017.

On September 26, 2017, Marsceill was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia after allegedly being found to be in possession of an amount of crack cocaine as well as drug paraphernalia.

Marsceill was issued an appearance ticket in both incidents and will appear in City Court on October 3, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

Shane E. Dann, 41, of Swan St., Batavia, was stopped for a traffic infraction on Washington avenue by the Genesee County Drug Task Force on September 29, 2017.

Dann was wanted on an active bench warrant for failure to appear.

A check of Dann’s driver’s license reveals that he had been driving with a suspended license and was also issued additional traffic tickets for obstructed view and operating with a suspended driver’s license.

He also was found with a small quantity of marijuana.

Dann was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

 

Heather M. Figlow, 37, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with owning/harboring an unlicensed dog after a complaint of a dog attacking another dog on Hutchins street on September 24, 2017.

An investigation revealed that Figlow’s dog was not licensed.

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 17, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

 

Woodrow C. Horseman, 41, of Ellicott St., Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant for failure to appear on an appearance ticket that was issued on September 14, 2017 for the alleged larceny of beer at Tops Markets.

Horseman was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash or bond bail. He will appear in City Court on October 26, 2017.

 

 

Shayla L. Sharrock, 32, of Stowell Dr., Rochester was arrested on a City Court bench warrant for failing to appear on a scheduled court date after a March 19, 2016 incident on Clinton street.

Sharrock was arraigned in City Court and jailed.

 

 

Samiria C. Brown, 29, of Canary St., Rochester, was arrested on an arrest warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd during a traffic stop in Greece, NY on October 1, 2017.

Brown was turned over to Batavia Police and was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance and will appear later today.

 

Dakota O. Irvin, 26, of Bank St., Batavia, was located following an unrelated incident. Irvin had an active arrest warrant out of City Court for failing to appear after a ticket was served after an incident on 37 Maple street on September 29, 2017.

Irvin was arrested and arraigned in City Court and will appear at a later date.

 

Kaila I. Tidd, 32, of Holland Ave., Batavia, turned herself in on a bench warrant for failing to appear on several building code violations which were issued to her in March of 2017.

Tidd was processed and posted $250 police bail.

Tidd was issued an appearance ticket and will appear on October 3, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
