Officer Hope of the Perry Police Department arrested Dametris Parson, 30, on September 30, 2017 in the village of Perry for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed operator and operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone.
Parson is to appear at the Perry Village court on October 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. to answer the charges.
