BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Homeless woman involved in physical altercation on Bank street

Tatiana C. Lugo, 22, homeless, of Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, robbery 3rd, endangering the welfare of a child, tampering with physical evidence and criminal mischief 4th following an investigation into a physical altercation with a male on Bank street on October 15, 2017.

Lugo was in the presence of two young children at the time of the altercation and Lugo allegedly also stole property from the male.

Lugo was arraigned in City Court and held without bail and will appear in City Court later today.

 

 

Passiona C. McConnell, 39, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged after allowing her son to violate the Batavia Municipal Code/curfew on October 7, 2017 at about 1:00a.m.

McConnell’s son was located out in public after curfew had taken effect.

McConnell was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 17, 2017.

No child under the age of 16 years shall loiter or congregate upon, or in, or otherwise occupy any street, sidewalk, park, alley or other public place in the City of Batavia, or any entrance to a public establishment, or any stairway or hallway adjacent to such street, sidewalk, alley or other public place between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and sunrise, and on Friday and Saturday evenings between 11:00 p.m. and sunrise, unless such child shall be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or by a person over 21 years of age authorized by such parent or guardian to accompany such child.)

 

Michael J. Henry, 50, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at Van Detta Stadium on Union street on October 14, 2017 at about 8:45p.m..

Henry refused a lawful order of the police to disperse.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 17, 2017 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charge.
