GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Overlook drive man accused of punishing son by striking him in the foot causing him to bleed

John P. Henning Sr., 55 of Overlook Dr., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and assault 3rd after allegedly attempting to punish his 11 year old son by striking him on the foot with a plastic object causing him to bleed.

The incident occurred on October 18, 2017 at 10:30a.m.

Henning was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released. He will appear in court on December 8, 2017 at 10:00a.m.

 

Mark H. Bennett Jr., 31, 0f Chamberlain St., Albion, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after deputies responded to a report of two males allegedly shooting up heroin in a vehicle on Lewiston road on October 21, 2107.

After deputies arrived on scene, they located Bennett Jr. in the passenger seat and he was allegedly in possession of a controlled substance.

Bennett was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 7, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

Adrienne F. Yocina, 36, of Alleghany Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd and criminal possession of a controlled substance after being found to be in possession of high capacity magazines and a controlled substance after a Probation Home Check on October 21, 2017.

Yocina appeared in Pembroke Town Court and was released under supervision and will re-appear at a later date.

 

 

Nicolas J. Scripp, 27, of Fullington Rd., Attica, is charged with public lewdness after an investigation into an incident on Park Road in the Town of Batavia where Scripp allegedly was urinating near the entrance of a local business on October 21, 2017.

Scripp was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 13, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Pamela A. Battaglia, 59, of Limerick Rd., Piffard, is charged with trespass after a family domestic incident that occurred on Junction road in the Town of Pavilion on October 19, 2017.

Battaglia allegedly refused to leave the property after being told to leave multiple times.

She was arraigned in Pavilion Town Court and released on her own recognizance.

Battaglia will appear in court on December 5, 2017 at 3:00p.m.

 

 

Trisha R. Santora, 35, of Georgian Dr., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Town of Alexander Court on the traffic charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, controlled substance in non original container, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd, license plate violation and inadequate plate lamps after a June 19, 2017 traffic stop in Alexander.

Santora was arraigned in Alexander Town Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond bail.

She will return to court on October 24, 2017 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

Benjamin J. Skubis, 23, of Colby Rd., Corfu, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after an accident on Bloomingdale road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on October 21, 2017.

Skubis was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama court on December 12, 2017 at 6:00p.m.
