Casey A. Trommetter, 29, of Angling Rd., Pembroke, is charged with DWAI/alcohol, moving from a lane unsafely and unregistered motor vehicle after a two car accident on Rt. 33 in the Town of Pembroke a little after midnight on October 23, 2017.
When deputies arrived on location they found an unoccupied vehicle in the westbound lane and a vehicle in a ditch on the south shoulder of the road that was allegedly operated by Trommetter.
Trommetter suffered minor injuries and was treated and released on scene by Mercy Medics.
He was issued appearance tickets and released and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on November 7, 2017 at 4:30p.m.
Michael A. Shetler, 27, of Lewiston Rd., Alabama, is charged with harassment 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana after an investigation into a domestic disturbance on Lewiston road in Alabama on October 20, 2017.
During the investigation, Shetler was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana and also subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact.
He was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and released on his own recognizance.
Anthony J. Constable, 31, of Oak Orchard Rd., Elba, is charged with DWI, after allegedly being found to have driven from a domestic incident in Elba to the Ashley Furniture parking lot on Call Parkway on October 21, 2017.
Constable was arrested and arraigned in Elba Town Court on the DWI charge and the charges stemming from the domestic dispute on October 22, 2017.
