STATE POLICE/Warsaw/Two men arrested on assault charges after incident at Attica Correctional

On October 25, 2017, the New York State Police, Warsaw, arrested two NYSDOCCS inmates for their vicious edged weapon and physical assault on another inmate on May 20, 2017.

The incident occurred in the “B” Mess Hall Kitchen of the Attica Correctional Facility.

  • Inmate Kevin D. Rogers, 28, currently housed at Elmira CF, Elmira, NY.
  • Inmate Rogers is serving a sentence for manslaughter 1st out of Erie County.

 

  • Inmate Chester W. Bradley Jr, 33, currently housed at Clinton CF, Dannemora, NY.

Inmate Bradley is serving a sentence for manslaughter 1st and criminal possession of a weapon 2nd out of Niagara County and attempted promoting prison contraband 1st out of Chemung County.

Inmates Rogers and Bradley were arrested and charged with assault 1st and assault 2nd .  They were arraigned in Wyoming County Court in front of Judge Michael M. Mohun and then returned to custody and control of NYSDOCCS.

Both inmates are scheduled to reappear in Wyoming County Court on December 20, 2017.
