BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Woman refusing treatment at hospital won’t leave

Deborah R. Blatt, 56, of E. Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and criminal trespass 3rd after she refused medical treatment at UMMC and then sat down in the Emergency Room waiting area refusing to leave after hospital staff and police told her she could not stay on hospital grounds.

Blatt also pushed a responding officer in the chest.

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 14, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

David L. Andrews, 29, of State St., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Jefferson avenue where Andrews was found to be driving a vehicle that had a suspended registration.

Andrews was also driving on a revoked license.

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,000 bond and $5,000 cash.

Andrews appeared in court on October 30, 2017.

 

 

Brian L. Erickson, 52, of Cherry St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after he allegedly pushed another person.

Erickson was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in court October 31, 2017 and was released.

 

 

Trisha R. Santora, 35, of Naramore Dr., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, refusal to take a breath test, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and operating a motor vehicle while on an electronic device.

Santora was released and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 22, 2017 at 9:00a.m.

 

Robin L Walsh, 50, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a shoplifting complaint at Tops, 390 West Main street, on October 24, 2017.

Walsh allegedly concealed multiple items in her purse and walked out of the store without paying for them.

Walsh was arrested and released on an appearance ticket and appeared in court on October 31, 2017
