BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Pearl street man accused of failing to provide supervision for a child

Jeffrey D. Anderson, 22, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly failed to provide adequate supervision for a child on October 27, 2017.

Anderson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 14, 2017.

 

Dwayne L. Sheffield, 24, of Thorpe St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after a domestic incident on November 1, 2017 on Thorpe street.

Sheffield caused over $250 worth of damage to property.

He was arraigned in City Court and was held without bail until his court appearance on November 2, 2017.

 

 

Jared M. Adamski, 21, of Krieger Rd., Webster, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after allegedly damaging the property of another person.

Adamski was arraigned in the City of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail.

He appeared in court again on October 31, 2017.

 

Minnie M. Henry, 29, homeless, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after a disturbance between multiple parties on State street on October 29, 2017.

After an investigation, Henry was found to allegedly be in possession of narcotics and was placed under arrest.

Henry was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on October 31, 2017.

She was then turned over to the NYS Police for other non related charges.

 

 

John J. Caez-Gonzalez, 30, of Cunningham St., Rochester, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd after allegedly entering and remaining in a dwelling without permission after being advised to stay away.

The trespass occurred on State street on October 30, 2017.

Caez-Gonzalez was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.

He appeared in court again on November 2, 2017.

 

 

Randy G. Leach, 31, of Torrey Rd., Stafford, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and unlicensed operation following a traffic stop on East avenue on October 31, 2017.

Leach allegedly was operating a vehicle with active suspensions and no driver’s license.

Leach was processed and released. He will appear in City Court again on November 14, 2017 at  1:00p.m.

 

 

Sarah A. Malone, 35, of Ellicott St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident after she was operating a vehicle on Verona avenue in an intoxicated state.

Malone was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $500 cash or bond bail and appeared in court again today.
